On Aug. 31, 2013, Jenna Parlette was 50 meters away from her first collegiate cross country win.

She never made it to the finish line.

In the years since her death, Jenna has inspired countless runners and communities. Her name graces cross country meets, t-shirts, and possibly a yet-to-be-built indoor track facility.

But it's the memories and stories of the young runner with a goofy sense of humor that truly carry on Jenna's legacy.
